Entrance Examination Application Form
NOTE: 10th Pass / 12th Science(PCM) / ITI(NCVT) Students are required to download the Entrance Form Only. No Admission is taken without Entrance for regular/fresher students.
Please attach a Demand Draft of amount Rs.150/- as Examination Fee.
